问：请问何时以及如何进行全款投资？是否有时间限制？能够分期付款吗？
答：全部投资额（无论是100万美金还是TEA地区的50万美金）必须置于风险状态下，意味着投资款必须脱离投资者的控制，投资款要么汇入项目监管账户中，要么直接进项目中。所以，投资款必须在递交I-526申请之前全部投资到EB-5项目中去。

Question: We are eagerly looking forward to know more about EB-5 Visa. My question is when and how to make full investment payment? Whether there is time period to make full investment or can we pay in installments? Please explain in little more details.
Answer: The entire investment amount [whether $1M or $500,000, if the project is located in a targeted employment area (TEA)] must be at risk, meaning the funds must be out of the control of the investor, either placed in the project’s escrow account or directly into the project. The funds must be invested in the EB-5 project prior to filing the I-526 petition.
