今天上班以来，陆续收到客户反映，NVC发了新邮件给各位EB5投资人，针对的是已经完成NVC阶段，等待广领馆面试的投资人。具体可以详看下面的截图：

第一封，是投资人完成NVC阶段后收到的confirmation letter，也称审结信。

第二封，日期是2021年3月3日收到的通知邮件，乍看两封邮件很像，但是可以从细节中看出，有以下差别：

首段-This notice is to inform you that your case for an immigrant visa is documentarily complete at the National Visa Center (NVC) and has been for at least 60 days. NVC首先感谢申请人的等待，并且有提示“至少完成NVC阶段60天的申请人”。请您查看自己是否如期完成NVC阶段申请！

第二段-Your case will remain at NVC until an appointment is scheduled, at which time we will send it to the appropriate U.S. Embassy or Consulate General.  We will notify the applicant, petitioner, and attorney (if applicable) when an appointment is scheduled. NVC说明您的案子目前还在NVC，直到面试开放，届时会通知申请人，律师。

第三段-The U.S. Embassy or Consulate tells NVC which dates they are holding interviews. NVC fills these appointments on a first-in, first-out basis and is unable to predict when an interview will be scheduled. 广领馆会告知具体可以面试的时间，按先后顺序，且目前无法预测您的面试时间。

第五段-The next communication you receive from NVC will be either a notice that your appointment is scheduled, or if an appointment is not scheduled within the next 120 days, we will send a notice confirming that your case is still in line for an interview. 请继续等待，120天可能有进一步安排，如果没有安排，NVC也会新发出邮件告知。

这个无疑是又一个好消息，F2A已经收到广领馆正式的面试安排，今天我司顾问除了收到EB5类别的NVC通知，劳工类别以及F1亲属移民类别也收到了NVC通知。这与早期预估4月份的陆续开放，以及拜登公开说话的夏天恢复全面签证服务，是越来越靠近了。

但是根据美成达资深顾问钟先生有分析：拜登面临着将近50万个具有资格的签证申请案件的积压。并且据证实，至少有473,000名移民签证申请人仍在等待面谈。重开美国将需要长久时间来恢复正常秩序。

所以，有关各位等待已久的EB5申请人，请继续耐心等待进一步的通知。
